Privacy notice

The public pages carry no customer, account or workspace data. Every analytical preview on this site is a demo fixture rendered from a fixed fixture set; nothing about you influences what is shown there.

No analytics vendor, advertising pixel, tag manager, session recorder, A/B testing tool or customer-data platform is loaded on this site. There is no third-party marketing script, which is why you are not shown a consent banner: there is nothing non-essential to consent to.

The site loads its own fonts and stylesheets and calls no third-party endpoints from the browser. The theme preference (night / day mode) is stored in your browser's local storage and in a cookie on this domain so it can be applied before the first paint; it contains no identifier and is never sent to anyone else.

The language you choose is stored the same way: an `edgexi_lang` cookie and a value in local storage, holding either en or es. That is what lets the same URL be served in Spanish on the first load. It carries no identifier and is not sent to anyone else.

Creating an account stores an email address and an authentication credential held by our authentication provider (Supabase). Sessions are carried in cookies set on this domain. Passwords are never visible to us.

Inside the platform, analysis and any saved runs are scoped to your account. We do not sell, rent or share account data, and we do not use it for advertising.

If you use the access-request form, we receive the email address you enter and the plan you indicated. We use it for one purpose: to send one email when billing opens.

It is not added to a marketing list, not resold, and not used for a drip sequence. If no database is connected on this deployment, the form says so rather than claiming the address was stored — and the fallback is to email hello@edgexi.xyz directly.

Analysis is produced from sports data sources, which are named per analysis in the SOURCES panel along with what each contributed, when it was last updated and its reliability class. Those sources describe fixtures, teams and players — not the reader.

Where a source is unavailable or stale, the panel states that rather than dropping the row. We do not synthesise a source or substitute a value to fill a gap.

Account data is kept while the account exists. Access-request addresses are kept until billing opens and the one email has been sent, after which they are deleted, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for correction, or ask for deletion. Write to hello@edgexi.xyz and we will answer from that address. This draft does not yet name a data-protection contact or a supervisory authority, or set out region-specific rights — those items are left for counsel.

If measurement is ever added, it will be first-party, anonymous and disclosed here before it is deployed. If this notice changes in a way that affects you, the change will be stated plainly and the date above will move.
