Terms of use

EdgeXI is a research and analysis tool for sport. It turns sports data into structured analysis: a ranked scan of evaluated markets, the model trace behind each estimate, evidence kept separate from inference, and the sources for both.

EdgeXI is not a sportsbook, a betting operator, a picks service or a tipster platform. It accepts no wagers, holds no funds, processes no payments for wagers, and sells no selections. Nothing on this site is a recommendation, an instruction, or advice about what to do with any analysis.

You decide what the analysis is worth to you, on your own judgement and at your own risk. That decision is not the product's to make and it is not made on your behalf here.

The analytical engine is not connected in this release. Every value shown on the public pages and inside the platform is a labelled demo fixture, marked MOCK DATA, and is illustrative only — it is not live analysis, not a real statistic and not a real market price.

When the engine is connected, live analysis will be labelled as live. A connected engine that cannot be reached produces an explicit error; it never falls back to fixtures without saying so. If a step of a model trace is missing, the number is not shown.

An account is required to use the terminal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Do not attempt to access other accounts or workspaces, to extract data in bulk, to circumvent entitlements or rate limits, or to present EdgeXI output as fact, as advice, or as a service you are reselling as your own modelling work.

Analysis may be read, cited with attribution to EdgeXI, and exported where your tier provides export. It may not be resold as a picks, tips or advisory service.

Free, Pro and Elite are the intended plans. Pricing is displayed in US dollars per month and is currently display-only: no checkout exists, no card details are requested or stored, and no charge can be made in this release.

Requesting access is a mailing, not a purchase. It records your interest so we can send one email when billing opens. It does not create a subscription, an obligation to pay, or an entitlement.

When billing opens, plan features and prices will be shown before any payment is requested, and the paid capabilities that depend on the live engine will only be sold once that engine is running.

This is an early-stage product. Features, plans and analytical coverage change, and the service may be interrupted or withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we do not promise analytical accuracy — the product's commitment is to show its work, not to be right.

Where a change affects a plan you have requested access to, we will state it rather than let it appear silently in the product.

To the extent permitted by law, EdgeXI is provided as-is and we are not liable for losses arising from decisions taken using the analysis, or from data being incomplete, delayed or incorrect.

Analytical output is not betting advice, and betting-adjacent rules differ by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply where you are. This draft does not yet state a governing law or a competent court; that is one of the items left for counsel.
